The Ampere app monitors how quickly your phone's battery charges and discharges. The discharge current is reported as negative if your phone is not connected to a charger. When you plug in a charger, the current that charges your phone is displayed with a meter showing the maximum and minimum amperage.

If your phone uses 300mA without a charger (-300mA on the screen), a 500mA charger will charge your battery with a maximum current of 200mA. (200mA on screen). When the app monitors and displays all the data, you will be able to see it.
