Cydia Impactor is a Windows-based utility that allows owners of smart portable devices like iPhones and iPads to transfer (or sideload) bespoke IPA application files directly to their Apple device. Cydia Impactor, which is commonly used to transfer unregistered software to these devices, has also been widely recognized as one of the most reliable tools to jailbreak iOS 11, iOS 12 and iOS 13 devices.
