Kingroot for PC is a free mobile phone software that allows PC users to root their smartphones Android with a simple USB connection. This lightweight and user-friendly program, which was originally created and released for the Chinese market, is considered one of the easiest methods for both beginners and seasoned PC experts to maintain full control over protected parts system of current Android phones and tablets.
The app user interface Kingroot is only accessible in Chinese, but luckily rooting virtually all contemporary Android smartphones is so easy that English localization is not required.
Users just need to download and install the program on their PC using an automatic installer that only requires a few on-screen instructions to root their Android phones or tablets. Although these instructions are only available in Chinese, users only need to click Next until the installation is complete. The program can be started when it has been installed on the PC. KingRoot for PC has a very basic user interface which encourages easy rooting operation with eye-catching graphics.
The user just needs to follow the on-screen instructions in the form of several pictures – connect the cable to the Android phone, connect the USB cable to the PC, enable USB debugging mode on the Android device (which is in the Developer Options in Android OS Setup), then click a big blue button. If everything is properly connected, the rooting process will be completed in seconds.
The only two downsides to this software are the lack of English localization and the app's inability to properly identify and root any Android device. Its compatibility with Android smartphones and tablets, on the other hand, is quite good, which means that incompatible devices are very rarely discovered. The software will also display the manufacturer and model number of the connected device to facilitate the detection process for the user. Moreover, the application was actively developed in 2015 and 2016, but no updates were made.
KingRoot for PC is completely free to download and use on any current Windows operating system including Windows 8, Windows 10 and Windows 10.
