This PC is upgraded to Windows 10 using the program. When should you use these instructions?
- You bought Windows 10 and replace Windows 7 or Windows 8 on this computer.
- You need to reinstall Windows 10 on an already successfully activated PC.

The official Windows 10 media creation tool is only 18MB, so if you are planning to install it on your PC, keep that in mind. Moreover, the files it downloads to install the latest versions of Windows 10 require at least 4 GB of storage space. To use the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool without any problems, make sure you have a USB drive with at least 5 GB of free space.
