The PayPal app for Android lets you send money to anyone in seconds. Users can send money to up to 100 different countries around the world. Setting up the PayPal app for Android
You must enter your name (including your legal first name), email address and phone number when creating a new account on the PayPal app for Android. You must also provide a mailing address.
