Snapchat allows you to communicate photos and video chat on the go. Due to the photo and video self-destruct feature, your friends will not be able to share the photos you share on Snapchat. Enjoy a fast and pleasant mobile conversation!
Send a photo or video to a friend, with a caption. They'll look at it, laugh, and then the Snap will disappear from their vision. With just a tap, you can upload a Snap to your Story, much like Instagram, to share your day with all your friends. When you live in the moment, life is more enjoyable.
Create your first Snap after logging in
To get started, you first need to download and install Snapchat and create an account with a valid email address. There is no alternative to login with Facebook or Google. You don't have to be "friend" of your friends in the Snapchat app to share anything. In fact, you can “snap” anyone, whether it's a friend or a stranger found through Snapchat's search engine. However, since many people set their privacy settings to only get snaps from friends, strangers may not see your snaps.
Navigate
When you first launch the app, it takes you to the camera screen, where you can capture a photo or record a video using your main or front camera. There are two icons at the bottom of this screen: a simple square and a friends tab.
To see an activity feed with a list of contacts you've sent snaps to or received a snap from, tap square. You can simply reply to someone's snap in an early version of the app by double-tapping their name. Now you need to tap on their name while simultaneously swiping left. This opens a new page with all of your recent interactions with that person. As someone who's been using the app for a long time, I found the new design challenging at first, and it still is after a few weeks of use.
On this activity tab, you can use text chat, one of the newest features of Snapchat. Now you can send instant text messages to your Snapchat friends, and they won't disappear as soon as your friend reads them. When you leave the conversation or close the app, they disappear. Conversations can be confusing in my experience. When you exit the app, your friend's messages are no longer visible on this activity page.
You can still use this program and its filters, which will make taking photos and recording videos more enjoyable. However, you need to install and test it yourself.
