When you enable Google Now in the launcher settings, your main screen moves to the left and you can access Google Now by swiping left once. It has the same look and functionality as Google Now Launcher.
Since Google has not made any Google Now features publicly available, there are no Google Now panels in third-party launchers. It's unclear if Sony received anything special from Google, or if all OEMs have the ability to do so but haven't yet.
